Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing and Growth Specialist will play a critical role in our company's online presence, content creation, and growth initiatives. You'll manage our website, create compelling video content, craft engaging presentations, and support business development activities to drive brand visibility and growth

Responsibilities:

• Website Management: Regularly update and maintain the company website to ensure content is current, engaging, and aligned with strategic goals.

• Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing, tutorials, promotions, and social media platforms.

• Content Creation: Develop compelling and professional presentations to support sales, client meetings, workshops, and internal communications.

• Business Development Support: Assist the business development team by preparing proposals, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.

• Analytics and Optimization: Monitor digital analytics to measure content effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and propose data-driven improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and/or business growth roles.

• Proficiency in website management tools (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Webflow).

• Skilled in video editing.

• Strong expertise in creating visually appealing presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms is preferred
