Role Overview:  

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer with Ruby and DevOps to join our dynamic and talented team in Albania. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and continuously refining your technical skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver impactful software.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance our tech stack.

• You have a big appetite to learn and improve your skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in software development.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and other modern frameworks.

• Strong knowledge in backend development with any of the programming languages (TypeScript / Ruby ).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
